She's hanging in there. She's enormously pleased about the results, of course. She is a lot less angry than I would be.

We will be filing the motion with the hope that the judge will dismiss it...to be dismissed for all purposes and always.


CAN YOU EXPLAIN HOW THE TEST RESULTS WERE DIFFERENT THIS TIME AROUND?

Well, it wasn't this time around that we had tested these. What happened is...


I had to request all the things that were still available at the regional hospital and then these tissues appeared. We then tested these tissues and found that there was no arsenic in any of them...These were pristine tissues that had not been contaminated and showed no arsenic at all.


AND FINALLY, HAS SHE THOUGHT ABOUT ANY FUTURE PLANS?

At this stage, it's all been happening so fast. All I know simply is that she will have a chance to see her kids and see her family and then she will take it from there.

Cynthia Sommer was convicted of killing her husband, Todd, in a high-profile trial last year. But, the charges were dismissed, and she was released from prison on April 17th...
